Leading Lady Mindy Kaling, writer, creator and star of "The Mindy Project" and "The Office" alum attended the White House State dinner, hosted by the President and Michelle Obama, honoring French President Francois Hollande this past Tuesday.

The 34-year-old funnywoman in charge attended the event in a white David Meister
gown paired with a Jimmy Choo clutch. She was happy to reveal her stylish clutch
contained Rihanna for Mac lipstick and a "Tide-to-Go stick for those
inevitable "#whitedresspeopleproblems.
Because why shouldn't a girl wear white to the White House?"

At the event, President Obama gave a speech and explained how he and the French President would be embarking on a new elevated level of cooperation working together as they face Global Security threats in Syria and Iran, along with climate change and expanded collaborative economic efforts, according to the
LA Times.
